From culinary school to working in some of the best hotels in the United States, five of them relais & chateaux properties, Matthew’s restaurant career included travel to three Forbes’ five-star restaurants and training under a master sommelier. The restaurant industry at such a high level is a compassion-filled industry. This experience taught Matthew how to anticipate the needs of every type of individual, earning their trust through multiple interactions, and providing them with the unforgettable experiences they were seeking. These skills easily transfer to the financial industry as every individual has unique needs, and financial solutions must be tailored to effectively address them.

But how does someone whose passions led him into the fine dining industry find himself in financial services?  As with many significant life changes, an evaluation of what should matter most in Matthew’s life led him to quit the restaurant industry and move back to Florida to be closer to his daughter.  He credits the relationship he shares with her now to this life-changing move. Working nights and weekends would not be conducive to quality time with his daughter, so a career change was necessary.  Just as Matthew’s passion for a career in fine dining led him to pursue the guidance of top professionals in the industry, Matthew’s drive has led him to do the same in the financial industry.  Committed to helping all individuals gain financial freedom for themselves and their loved ones, Matthew now works full-time empowering ordinary people and families with financial strategies of the elite.

Her desire to help others didn’t start with insurance.  For nearly a decade, Aleece taught English and Reading to high school students within Pinellas County.  Having been born and raised in the area, Aleece’s commitment to the welfare of the community is sincere. Perhaps ironically given her current career path, securing her own financial future is what brought Aleece out of teaching and to an accounting firm specializing in helping small business owners. With this company she was able to consult with new business owners and educate them on their tax compliance obligations and means of reducing their tax liability, not such a huge step away from teaching as one might initially think, all while placing herself in a better position to create the financial future she would like.

When the opportunity came for Aleece to enter the field of insurance, she immediately saw the impact that good financial planning could have on the members of her community.  Teaching high school students had always given her the satisfaction of knowing she was helping to shape the future of the next generation, encouraging students to become independent thinkers and work towards their dreams.  This opportunity would allow her to have an even greater impact by helping those who have already chosen a career path and may even be starting their own family to plan for securing the financial future of themselves and their loved ones while also planning what sort of legacy they would like to leave.

Having grown up in a military family, integrity and discipline were instilled in Aleece from a young age.  Her integrity does not allow her to do anything that violates her morals or mandates dishonesty.  If a product won’t suit you, she will be upfront and tell you.
